the art of negotiation
always a good idea to try and keep cool.
identify what your objective might be, perhaps don't make a meal of things, all change however small is good therefore little victories are all a step in the right direction towards changing attitudes and successful negotiation. stamina is key, dispense your energies evenly when entering the proceedings.
of course if the agenda is put upon you without warning then try and buy some time for preparation.
